Return Policy

For Quebec customers only, it is possible to obtain a free return.

The artwork must be returned:

Within seven (7) days of receipt.
In the same condition as you received it.
In its original packaging.

Purchase Cancellation

It is possible to cancel the purchase only if the artwork is still in the possession of La Roche Artiste. We invite you to contact as soon as possible by email to joslaroches@gmail.com .

In the case of a artwork that has already been shipped, we invite you to consult the Refund section.

Refund

To find out the shipping address for returning the artwork, please send an email to joslaroches@gmail.com .

It is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the return policy and the prescribed deadlines. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that the packaging is compliant and secure when returning goods. We recommend using a shipping service that offers shipping insurance.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned package, an email will be sent to you informing you if the refund is approved

For an accepted return, a credit will be applied via the payment method with which your purchase was made.

Please email joslaroches@gmail.com in the case of a refund not received.

Exchange

At La Roche Artiste, each piece is unique. If the artwork received is defective or damaged, you will be offered the choice of another. If you wish to take another piece, the invoice will be adjusted according to the value of the new item.
