Order and payment for an existing artwork

You can place your order:

 

Orders placed through the website must be paid for by credit card or through the secure PayPal payment system.

Order and payment for a personalized artwork

If you would like a personalized artwork signed by La Roche Artiste, please contact us:

  • By phone: 418 806-6017;

  • Via the website, using the personalized order form;

  • By email: joslaroches@gmail.com

 

The payment arrangement will be agreed with La Roche Artiste when you contact us.

Unavailability of artwork at the time of purchase

If the artwork you have ordered is unfortunately no longer available at the time of your order, La Roche Artiste will notify you by e-mail. You will then have the choice:

  • Cancel the sale, at which point La Roche Artiste will refund your payment;

Or

  • Replace the ordered artwork with another. The invoice will be adjusted according to the value of the items.

Confidentiality

La Roche Artiste is committed to protecting your personal information collected through our forms.

Shipping

The artworks ordered will be sent to the address of your choice, which you will have indicated when placing your order. It is important to indicate complete addresses to avoid delivery errors. The parcel will be sent either by :

  • Canada Post;

  • Bus;

  • Independent courier.

 

Upon receipt of your order, the delivery method will be analyzed.

Shipping Costs

La Roche Artiste assumes delivery charges for all orders placed for the province of Quebec.

For orders shipped outsite Canada, we invite you to contact us by email at joslaroches@gmail.com to obtain more information about where the package is to be sent.

Order Confirmation

A confirmation email from La Roche Artiste will be sent to you following your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at joslaroches@gmail.com .

The La Roche Artiste team will contact you to determine the choice of carrier for delivery.

At the time of purchase, some items may not be available. An e-mail will be sent to inform you of this.

It is important to ensure that your purchase corresponds:

  • To the desired illustration;

  • Dimensions;

  • Cost;

  • The choice of payment methods.
